The Furman United Blaze represented the U13 Girls for South Carolina in the US Youth Soccer Region III Presidents Cup in Greensboro, NC. Coached by Martin Hill and Joe LaPenna they had a great tournament. They lost 2-0 against North Carolina, Tied 2-2 against South Texas, and won 2-0 against Arkansas.
